i prefer a wine of some complexity
where the sweet lights
and the dark tannic undertones
fall deliciously out of balance
and the first
tantalizing drops cling onto the bottom of the glass.
and the nose and the feel of the glass rim
might be the longest time in pouring before
even a single tentative taste
ah! so linguaing.
and oh the promise of
the color yields
ever sooooo
sloooooowly to the
joy of the quafff.
